吴忠中考体育成绩由个人过程性评价测评成绩和统一考试成绩两部分组成,其中过程性评价测评成绩20分,统一考试成绩50分,满分为70分。统一考试成绩满分为50分,考试项目2项,每项满分15分;选考项目1项满分10分;专项运动技能1项满分10分。2024年中考暂未开始,小编整理了2023年的中考体育评分标准作为参考,具体2024年吴忠中考体育数据以官方发布为准。
考试项目及分值(总分50分)
(一)身高标准体重:5分。
(二)握力体重指数:10分。
(三)一分钟跳绳:15分(评分标准下调一档,详见附件1)。
(四)男子1000米跑、女子800米跑:20分(免试,成绩以满分计入总分)。

一、关注考试时间和地点

三、合理安排体育锻炼时间和强度
